Dear Parents

 

Parent Teacher Meeting :- The First Parent Teacher meeting of this academic year is as scheduled below :

KG & Junior Section - Thursday 21st May 2015, between 6.00 pm and 8.30 p.m.

Boys and Girls Section - Thursday, 28th May 2015, between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

All parents are requested to utilise this opportunity to meet their ward’s teachers.

 

School fees :- Parents are  hereby  reminded that all  pending tuition and transport fee dues with respect to your ward(s) are to be cleared immediately. Students will NOT be permitted to sit in the class unless their dues are cleared.

 

Disciplinary actions:- Parents should ensure that their wards do not carry mobile phones to school as it is strictly prohibited. Strict action will be taken against those students found with mobile phones, to the extent of even being dismissed from school.

Uniforms and proper haircut should be taken care of, as per school norms.

 

Class IX Registration:- The Data Sheet issued to the students of class IX should be carefully filled and submitted to the class teachers along with the prescribed fee on or before 18th May 2015. No corrections will be entertained by the CBSE later.

 

Class XI Registration :- The Data Sheet issued to the students of class XI should be carefully filled as per the details furnished in Class X CBSE examination documents and submitted to the class teachers along with the prescribed fee on or before 18th  May 2015. No corrections will be entertained by the CBSE later.

 

Rhythm:- Wednesday, 20th May,2015 and Thursday 21st May, 2015 will be non-instructional days on account of "Rhythm 2015" – the school Youth Festival. Those students who are participating in various items only need to come to school. Please check the school website: www.idealschoolqatar.com under the tab “updates” for schedule of Rhythm program. Non participants need not come to school. However K.G. Section will function as usual.

 

Transport :- Parents are reminded once again not to use Gate No. 2 & 3 to drop or pick their ward(s)

 

Extreme weather :- Due to the summer heat School Assembly will not be conducted with immediate effect.

Students need not wear their neck ties.

 

Ramadan Timing : - School Office will function from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. There will be no office in the evenings during holy month of Ramadan.

 

Examinations :- 1st Summative Assessment for Class 1 to Class 8 and First Terminal Examination for

Class XI & XII is scheduled from 18th June 2015. Please check overleaf for the Time Table. Please ensure that your ward is well prepared for the exams.

1)       Examination for Graded Subjects on 14th, 15th and 16th June 2015 will be held during the regular school hours.

2)       Students must report to school on all examination day at 7.30 a.m. Examination will get over by 11.00 a.m. and the buses will leave the campus only at 11.15 a.m.

3)       Students need not come to school on “NO EXAM DAY” as given in Date Sheet.

4)       Students should clear all fee dues to be eligible to write the examination.

Dear Parents

A

 warm welcome to the new academic year and trust this year will be fruitful to our students, staff and all those who are a part of the Ideal Indian School.

 

 

School  fees:- Parents are hereby informed that 2% fee increase has been approved by the Supreme Education Council (Tuition & Transport) with effect from 1st April 2015. Hence you are requested to clear the 1st Term Fees (April to July 2015) as early as possible. Student with pending fee will not be allowed to seat in the class.

 

Special Classes for Class XI & XII :- There will be special classes for students of Class XI & XII on every Saturday starting from 25th April 2015, from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Attendance is compulsory for all students of Classes XI & XII.

 

Written test for Classes I to XII :- The First Written Test for Classes I to XII will be conducted from

10th May 2015 to 17th May 2015 as per the date sheet published in the Student’s Diary Page No.45. Please ensure that your ward is well prepared for the written test.

 

Rhythm – 2015 :- Rhythm-2015 is scheduled from 20th to 23rd May 2015. Students who are participating should report to school as per the schedule mentioned in the Rhythm Circular.

Entry to the Junior Section Classrooms : Parents are requested to pick their wards at 1:30 p.m. from the entrance of Junior Section.  They are not allowed to enter the classrooms.

 

Entry to the K.G. Section : Parents are not allowed to enter the K.G. Section in the morning .They can pick their wards only  at 10.45 a.m.  

 

Traffic Regulations :  It has been noticed that even after repeated reminders, some parents are using Gate No: 2 and 3 to pick and drop their children and using the road between Gate No. 2 and 3 during peak hours. This is to remind you once again, that as per school rules parents are permitted to pick and drop their children only at Gate No: 4 and 5. You are not allowed to use the road between Gate No: 1 and Gate No: 3 and vice versa between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm as there will be maximum movement of buses. Gate No. 1 will remain closed. Parents may use the parking ground near Gate No: 6 behind QDC to park their vehicles. All are requested to cooperate with the school staff for the smooth flow of traffic and for the safety of our children, as it is the responsibility of both parents and the school to ensure the safety and security of all children entrusted to us. Parents are also informed that under no circumstances, the students should be dropped before 6:15 a.m. Please note that Gate No. 4 & 5 will open only at 6:15 a.m., due to security reasons.  School will not be responsible for any consequence that may arise if your wards arrive early. Further, you are also requested to pick your children from the school before 2:00 p.m. Kindly co-operate with the school authorities, for the smooth functioning of the school and safety of your wards.

Dear Parents

CBSE Class X & XII Examination: The CBSE Class XII examination at Ideal Indian School will commence from Monday, 2nd March and will get over on Monday, 6th April 2015.  Hall tickets will be issued to Class XII students on Wednesday, 18th February 2015  and Hall tickets for Class X students  will be issued on Wednesday, 25th February 2015. Students are requested to ensure that they have cleared all outstanding fee dues before they collect  Hall tickets.

 

Qatar National Sports Day:- School will remain closed for Qatar National Sports Day on Tuesday, 10th  February 2015.

 

P.T. Meeting : The last P.T. meeting of this academic year will be held  on Thursday, 12th February 2015 for Boys and Girls Section (V to XII) from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and Thursday, 26thFebruary 2015 for Junior and KG Section (KG I to IV) from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Parents are requested to attend the meeting and discuss the academic performance of their wards.

 

Date Sheet for SA-II Class IX & X :  The date sheet for SA-II for Class IX and X school based examination is appended below. Examination will be conducted from 7.15 AM to 11.00AM.

·        Students must report to school on all Examination days as usual at 6.50am.

·        The buses will leave the campus at sharp 11.00 am.

·         All fee dues should be cleared before 10th February 2015.

Annual Examination (SA-II) for Classes I to VIII will be conducted as per the schedule given below and as per the date sheet given on page 39 of Student’s Diary.

(1)   Graded subjects will be conducted on 3rd, 4th and 5th of March 2015 during the regular school hours.

(2)   Core subjects will be conducted from 8th to 17th March 2015

(3)   Students need not come to school on “NO EXAM” days.

 

Fee Payment:  Parents are reminded that tuition fees and transport fees are due and need to be paid immediately, if not paid so far.  Students will not be permitted to appear for the examination without clearing the fee dues.
