Welcome to II Term of the Academic Year !!!
Kindly note the following:
Summative Assessment – I for Classes IX & Xwill be conducted as per the schedule given in the Students Diary (Page No. 36). Only those who have paid their I Term dues will be allowed to appear for the examination. The students can go home after the examination at 10:30 a.m. along with KG students. Those availing private transport may be picked up accordingly. There will be no class for Class IX and X students due to Preparatory Holiday on 17th September 2014. Students are reminded to prepare thoroughly for the SA-I examination to be held from 18th September 2014 onwards. On Sunday, 28th September 2014, regular classes will be conducted for class IX & X after the examination.
PSA Examination : CBSE Problem Solving Assessment Examination for Classes IX, X, XI and XII will be held at our School on Thursday, 20th November 2014 from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. This examination is compulsory for all students of Classes IX to XII. Reporting time at the school will be 7:00 am. PSA score for class IX and X students will be counted towards FA -4, which is 10% of total assessments of class IX & X. Class XI and XII students will be issued a certificate for the same.
Eid Holidays:- School will remain closed for Eid-ul-Adha from 2nd to 11th October 2014. School office will remain closed from 4th to 9th October 2014.
Fee Payment: Parents are reminded that revised tuition fees and transport fees for the II Term need to be paid immediately. Kindly cooperate and clear all your pending dues at the earliest.
Special classes: There will be special classes for students of Class XI & XII on all Saturdays commencing from 20th September 2014. Classes will be conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Those who absent themselves will not be permitted to attend regular classes without prior permission from the Principal. Transport will be provided as usual. Those students availing private transport should be dropped and picked from the school in time.
Students’ Code of Conduct:- All students are requested to come to the school in proper ironed uniform, shoes, ties, scarf, neck tie, salwar, skirt, blouse, blazer etc. Boys should cut the hair properly. Students will NOT be permitted to enter the class if they fail to adhere to the instructions.
Transport – Picking and Dropping : Parents are not permitted to pick and drop the children in front of Gate # 2 and 3 due to safety reasons. Kindly co-operate and oblige as these areas are accident prone at the time of arrival and dispersal.
