Dear Parents
Please note the following:
School Office Timing :-  School office will function from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm and 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m on all regular days. However, office will remain closed on all Thursday and Saturday evening with effect from 1st May 2014. 
Written Test for Classes I to XII:- The written test for Classes I to XII will be conducted from 11th to 18th May 2014 as per the date sheet published in the Student’s Diary Page No. 34. Please ensure that your ward is well prepared for the written test.
School fees:-Parents are hereby reminded that all pending tuition and transport fees due for the I Term in respect of your wards are to be cleared immediately.  Your ward will NOT be permitted to appear for the written test without clearing the dues.
Parent Teacher Meeting:- The First Parent Teacher meeting of this academic year for KG, Junior Section will be held on Thursday, 22nd May 2014 between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
The Parent Teacher Meeting for Boys and Girls Section is scheduled on Thursday, 29th May 2014 between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
All parents are requested to utilize this opportunity to meet their ward’s teachers.
Excursion to Istanbul:-Parents interested in sending their wards studying in Class X and XI for the excursion are requested to submit the duly filled in proforma given in Circular No. 09/2014 alongwith (a) passport copy (b) 2 Nos. passport size photographs (c) NOC from the parent,  on or before 30th April 2014 to Ms. Khatija in the Girls Section and Mr. Pushparajan in the Boys Section. Registration will be done on “first cum first” basis.
Rhythm-2014:-Students of Boys and Girls Section who are participating in “Rhythm-2014 should report to school as per the schedule intimated to them. 
Rhythm-2014 for the Junior Section, competitions will be conducted during school hours only.

Dear Parents,
s we draw the curtains on the academic activities of the year 2013-2014, I take this opportunity to thank each one of you for the kind co-operation extended towards the success of the school.
The new academic session (2014-2015) for classes KG I to XI, begins on Sunday, 6th April 2014 and for Class XII will commence from 5th March 2014.
·        On 3rd, 5th and 6th March 2014 buses for KG students will leave at 11:10 a.m.
·        KG buses for students will leave at 9:15 a.m. from 9th to 13th and 16th to 19th March 2014.
·        19th March 2014 will be the last working day for KG Classes. Report cards will also be distributed on the same day. However, Report Cards of Classes I to IX will be distributed on 6th April 2014.
·        Admit cards will not be issued to those students who have not cleared their fee dues.
·        The results of the Annual Examinations of Class I to VIII will be declared on 27th March 2014 and that of  Class IX will be declared on 31st March 2014, which will be available on the school website at 5:00 p.m.  
Books Sale for the next academic year (2014-2015) will be held from 25th to 30th March 2014 between 04:30 p.m. and 09:30 p.m.
·        Full sets of books (textbooks or note books or both) will be sold on 25th, 26th and 27th March 2014.
·        Individual books will be sold from 28th to 30th March 2014.
·        Books once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances.
NEXUS (e-newsletter)The school has released its monthly online newsletter 'NEXUS', which highlights the activities and achievements of the students in academic and non-academic spheres. Nexus is available on the school website

Dear parents,          
We wish you a very happy and successful year ahead !!! 
Tuition & Transport Fees:- It has been noticed that many parents have not paid  the fee dues to the school so far. Parents are once again requested to ensure that all tuition and transport fees are paid by 15 January 2014. Admit cards for final examination will not be issued to defaulters. Class X and XII students must pay all fees due up to March 2014. Hall Tickets for the Board Examination will not be issued to those who have not cleared the dues.
Republic Daywill be celebrated on Sunday, 26th January 2014. It is compulsoryfor all Indian Students of Classes IX & X to attend the flag hoisting ceremony in the school ground.
School based Summative Assessment – II for Class X will be conducted between 16th and 31st March 2014. Date sheet for this examination will be released shortly.
Students’ Class Photographsof all the Sections will be taken on the following days. Please ensure that your wards attend the photography session in proper well-pressed blue uniform. This year, the conventional style photo with customized folder will be sold to students @Qrs.20/- per folder. The folder will contain (1) A Class group photo of size 8” x 10”, (2) A self portrait of size 8” x 10”, (3) A reprint of the same portrait size 6” x 8” and (4) 8 Nos. Passport size photos.

Traffic RegulationsIt has been noticed that even after repeated reminders, some parents are using Gate No: 2 and 3 to pick and drop their children and using the road between Gate No. 2 and 3 during peak hours. This is to remind you once again, that as per school rules parents are permitted to pick and drop their children only at Gate No: 4 and 5 and not allowed to use the road between Gate No: 1 and Gate No: 3 and vice versa between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm as there will be maximum movement of buses. Parents may use the parking ground near Gate No: 6 behind QDC to park their vehicles. All are requested to cooperate with the school staff for the smooth flow of traffic and for the safety of our children, as it is the responsibility of both parents and the school to ensure the safety and security of all children entrusted to us. The school will not be responsible for any consequence that may arise due to dropping your wards very early. Kindly co-operate with the school authorities, for the smooth functioning of the school and safety of your wards. Students are also requested to inform the same to their parents.
