Dear Parents kindly to note the following schedule for the academic year 2015-2016.
Diwali Holiday: –Wednesday 11th November 2015 will be a holiday.
Parent-teacher Meeting: The Parent-teacher meeting for K.G. & Junior Sections is scheduled on Thursday 12th November 2015 from 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
School fees :- Parents who have not paid the tuition and transport fees of second term up to November 2015 are requested to pay the same immediately, failing which their wards will not be allowed to attend the class / exams.
Second Terminal Examination : The Second Terminal Examination for Class XI and Class XII is scheduled from 15th November 2015 to 26th November 2015. (Please check the Student’s Diary – page #39)
Sirat-un-Nabi Competition: 25th Sirat un Nabi Elocution and 22nd Holy Qura’n Recitation Interschool Competition will be held on Thursday 19th November 2015. All those who are participating in the Competition should coordinate with concerned incharge well in advance for the registration.

Welcome Back to the II Term of the Academic Year !!!
A warm welcome to all after having enjoyed a fruitful summer vacation in your home town with family and friends.
Kindly note the following :
Fee Payment: Parents are reminded that tuition fees and transport fees for the I & II Terms are due and need to be paid immediately, if not paid so far. Kindly cooperate and clear all your dues at the earliest.
Summative Assessment – I for Classes IX & X will be conducted as per the Date Sheet given. Only those who have paid their I Term dues will be allowed to appear for the examination. The students can go home after the examination at 10:30 a.m. along with KG students. Those availing private transport may be picked back by parents accordingly. The parents are hereby informed that weightage of 30% of Class IX SA1+SA2, 30% of Class X SA1, and 40% of
Pre Board Examination marks will be taken into account for the choice of stream for Class XI admission from this academic year. Admissions will be strictly based on merit.
Parent Teacher Meeting :- The Second Parent Teacher Meeting of this academic year for Girls & Boys Section will be held on Thursday 15th October 2015, from 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
The Parent Teacher Meeting for K.G. & Junior Section is scheduled on Thursday 12th November 2015, from 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
All parents are requested to utilize this opportunity to meet their ward’s teachers.
Transport – Arrival and Dispersal : Parents are not permitted to pick and drop the children in front of Gate # 2 and 3 due to safety reasons. Kindly co-operate and oblige as these areas are accident prone areas at the time of arrival and dispersal.
Eid ul Adha : School will remain closed for Eid ul Adha from Tuesday 22nd September 2015 to Tuesday 29th September 2015. School office will function as usual from Monday 28th September 2015 after Eid Holidays.
The students shall pay Qr.36/- to the Class Teacher for the same.

School Timings during Ramadan :
K.G. Section : 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Classes I to XII : 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Regular classes will be conducted for Class IX & X.
Wednesday 17th June 2015, will be preparatory holiday for all students, including Class IX & X.
Office timing: 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Revised Fees : There will be a 5% increase in the tuition and transport fees as per the approval from Supreme Education Council, effective from April 2015.
Parents are also reminded that tuition and transport fees upto July 2015 (First Term) are to be paid immediately. If First Term fees are not cleared, admit cards will NOT be issued to your ward and they will not be permitted to appear for SA1 examination.
SA 1 Examinations: Class IX & X students are requested to prepare well for their SA 1, which will commence on 10th September 2015.
