Tuition & Transport Fees:- It has been noticed that many parents have not paid the fee dues to the school so far. Parents are once again requested to ensure that all tuition and transport fees are paid by 15 January 2014. Admit cards for final examination will not be issued to defaulters. Class X and XII students must pay all fees due up to March 2014. Hall Tickets for the Board Examination will not be issued to those who have not cleared the dues.
Republic Daywill be celebrated on Sunday, 26th January 2014. It is compulsoryfor all Indian Students of Classes IX & X to attend the flag hoisting ceremony in the school ground.
School based Summative Assessment – II for Class X will be conducted between 16th and 31st March 2014. Date sheet for this examination will be released shortly.
Students’ Class Photographsof all the Sections will be taken on the following days. Please ensure that your wards attend the photography session in proper well-pressed blue uniform. This year, the conventional style photo with customized folder will be sold to students @Qrs.20/- per folder. The folder will contain (1) A Class group photo of size 8” x 10”, (2) A self portrait of size 8” x 10”, (3) A reprint of the same portrait size 6” x 8” and (4) 8 Nos. Passport size photos.

Traffic Regulations : It has been noticed that even after repeated reminders, some parents are using Gate No: 2 and 3 to pick and drop their children and using the road between Gate No. 2 and 3 during peak hours. This is to remind you once again, that as per school rules parents are permitted to pick and drop their children only at Gate No: 4 and 5 and not allowed to use the road between Gate No: 1 and Gate No: 3 and vice versa between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm as there will be maximum movement of buses. Parents may use the parking ground near Gate No: 6 behind QDC to park their vehicles. All are requested to cooperate with the school staff for the smooth flow of traffic and for the safety of our children, as it is the responsibility of both parents and the school to ensure the safety and security of all children entrusted to us. The school will not be responsible for any consequence that may arise due to dropping your wards very early. Kindly co-operate with the school authorities, for the smooth functioning of the school and safety of your wards. Students are also requested to inform the same to their parents.
